Jalandhar, February 20, 2025 – NIIB Institute, with the support of the Red Cross Society, Jalandhar, organized its 8th Blood Donation Camp, another feat in its contribution to social well-being. Over 70 staff members and students participated enthusiastically in the activity, donating their blood to give a new life to those requiring it.
The camp was honored with dignitaries such as Shri Malkit Singh, Deputy Mayor of Jalandhar Municipal Corporation, DIG Shri Navin Singla, AAP State Secretary Smt. Rajwinder Kaur, Shri Deepak Bali, Secretary of Punjab Jagriti Manch, and Dr. Ashutosh. NIIB Institute’s Managing Director, Dr. Pooja Singh, and CEO, Ishaan Singh, also attended to encourage donors and felicitate their contributions.
At the event, Dr. Pooja Singh emphasized the importance of donating blood, stating Donating blood is one of the most selfless things a person can do. It has the potential to save lives, and we are proud of our students and staff members for coming forward to support this worthy cause.
The camp’s success was ensured by the efforts of the Red Cross Society team and the kindness of the donors. NIIB Institute thanked all the participants and confirmed that it will conduct similar events in the future as well.

Donating blood is easy and at the same time can be very influential. A single donation can salvage three lives, and there is always a high demand for blood. With this camp, NIIB Institute wanted to create awareness about how crucial donating blood is and how it could inspire more individuals to indulge in this savior activity.
