The NIIB Institute offers online courses subject to availability of tutors and course material. The NIIB
Institute will enrol you and give access to your course material as promptly as possible, but the NIIB
Institute will not be liable for any loss, cost, damage or inconvenience arising from a failure to meet any
estimated delivery date.
Online course fees are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to ensure that you enrol on the correct
course and that you have the ability and aptitude (and, where appropriate, the experience) to benefit
from the NIIB Institute course on which you have enrolled.
You are expected to read the course information when you enrol and check that the details are correct
and complete. If anything looks wrong or incomplete, email or call to NIIB Helpline immediately.
If for any reason you cannot complete the course within time stipulated you may apply for an extension
(its length to be agreed with your tutor), for which an administration charge may be incurred.
Course materials are the intellectual property of the NIIB Institute and may not be reproduced, circulated
or distributed; they are provided solely for your own use as the student enrolled on the course for which
you have paid.
Posts on any course forum may be reproduced for personal use; they may not be used for tuition or any
form of remuneration or other transaction.
The NIIB Institute allocates professional development credits to courses at its sole discretion. In any
individual case its decision on such credits is final.
